IVF針灸、草藥 生育輔助療程

建議在做 IVF前,先進行調理三個月。

不孕多由於腎氣虛弱,宮寒不孕,有部分患者由於長期注射激素,增加生殖瘤生成的可能性,並降低了卵巢排軟的功能。

 

第一階段: 進行IVF前/胚胎冷凍前

身體過於肥胖,不但會影響形體美,而且還會導致多種疾病的發生,給人們的工作、生活、健康帶來危害,中等和重度肥胖的人群,容易引起冠心病、高血壓、高血脂症、糖尿病、糖尿病、脂肪肝、膽結石、骨關節病、婦科疾病,甚至是精子減少等併發症。
導致肥胖的因素很多,分成外源性、內源性和內外混和性肥胖。
外源性:過量飲食
內源性:體內代謝和內分泌混亂,如垂體性肥胖,腎上腺皮質機能亢進性肥胖,甲狀腺機能減退性肥胖,性腺機能不足性肥胖,多腺性肥胖等。
肥胖的發生與遺傳,機體代謝異常、生活飲食習慣不良有密切關係。若為單純性肥胖者沒有明顯的症狀。中重度肥胖表現伴有乏力、怕熱、出汗、突發性心悸氣短、腹脹便秘、性機能減退,頭脹痛暈、浮腫,女性多伴有內分泌失調等症狀。
一部分人,為了追求快速減肥,不惜損傷積體,用腹瀉、利尿、過度節食、過度體育運動、甚至有的人控制每日的飲水量等過激的方法。雖然可以快速的減輕體重,但減輕的都是水分,當水分的丟失也會引起體內電解質相應的混論,容易併發代謝性酸重度,並不是一個好的減肥方法,而且連帶出現疲發無力、出冷汗、噁心嘔吐等症狀,另外過強的運動也會消耗人體的葡萄糖,不利於脂肪代謝,所以一不強烈的運動馬上又恢復肥胖體態,控制飲水量也會使代謝過程廢物不能及時排出體外。應該尋求穩健及健康的方法減重,使機體達到真正的穩健平衡。
現代醫學認為肥胖多伴有內分泌的混亂,例如:胰島素等,可以透過針灸、中藥來調理人體的內分泌,中醫對肥胖的認知主要與肝脾腎三個臟腑的功能失調最有關係,腎主藏精為先天之本,脾主運化為後天之本,肝主疏泄、調暢氣機。通過溫腎健脾,疏肝理氣,使三臟的功能恢復正常。

針灸減肥的原理可以簡單歸納為以下:
1. 通過調節神經系統:可使胃的活動水平降低、餐後胃排空延遲(胃火型或肝火型的患者),並可以抑制胃酸分泌過多,糾正異常的食欲。另外,針灸所引起的神經遞質釋放發生變化,也可以影響食慾。
2. 針灸通過調節“下丘腦-垂體-腎上腺皮質”和“交感-腎上腺皮質”兩個系統,使內分泌混亂得以糾正。
3. 肥胖症患者的體中氧化脂高於正常值,通過針灸調節脂質的代謝過程,使人體氧化脂的含量下降,加速脂肪分解。
經過一段時間的治療當機體代謝達到一個嶄新的水平,體重及穩定在一個新的水平,治療較鞏固持久,不易反彈,對於肥胖症或腹部、手臂等於局部的肥胖均有較好的效果。因為針灸減肥的原哩,眾在調理,所以也能改善其他諸多的疑難問題。

減肥過程中體重不會直線下降,需要經過以下三個時期。分治療期、穩定期調理期、鞏固期三個時期。在減肥的治療初期,體重在一段時間內持續下降,此為治療期。當體中在一段時間內下降速度減慢為穩定調整期,此時期為減肥的關鍵時期,應該繼續堅持治療,因為在穩定調整期雖然體重變化相對較緩慢,但身體脂肪比例仍在降低,穩定期的形成是體內自主生理調整過程。為機體需要一個代謝平衡達到與新體重相適應的 另一個新的代謝水平,所以為關鍵時期。經過一段時間的調整體重還會依據各體具續下降,再繼續下一個治療過程,直到個體理想體重的穩定。當減至理想體重時需要進入鞏固期治療,鞏固期治療大約需要兩個月,使體重逐漸穩定在新的代謝平衡點,鞏固治療結束後,須在醫師的指導下進行生活習慣的矯正,以維持健康生活品質。

3.中醫對於小兒的體質調理,特別重視肺、脾、腎三個臟腑的平衡,肺主一身之氣、脾為後天之本、腎為先天之本。脾胃之氣不足容易導消瘦、胃口不好、流涎、肚瀉;肺氣不足的小孩,對於外在環境的轉變,適應能力較差,容易出現呼吸道系統、過敏性和皮膚性的疾病,如:濕疹、感冒、過敏性鼻炎等;腎臟的功能與小兒的生長發育有較大的關係,腎氣不足的小孩會出現夜尿、發育緩慢等問題;失眠、焦慮容易發脾氣或便祕的小兒往往與心肝火旺或食積很大的關系。

小兒日常的調理,建議用溫和的小兒推拿按摩、捏脊、中藥或藥膳、快針灸,以起到及時治療或調理改善體質,預防勝於治療的作用。
