Lotus Leaf & Chen Pi Weight Loss Tea

Ingredients:
1 Lotus leaf, Dry Hawthorn 20g, China Pearl 10g, Chen-pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) 10g, Some Rock Sugar

Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash all the ingredients and place them in a pot
2. Add 500 ml water in the pot and bring it to boil
3. Use medium heat to cook for another 5 minutes
4. Add rock sugar
