Sifu Joe Lok, a master in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, is the 27th direct descendant of the legendary Tai Chi founder and Taoist Zhang Sanfeng who practiced and taught around 1,000 years ago. Sifu Joe Lok has been practicing Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Daogong and Tao theory for more than 10 years in order to strengthen the body and to balance the mind. The goal of his practice is to improve the health and to promote the prevention of diseases with the use of exercises specifically designed for the young and old. Organs are strengthened with positive energy that is directed to run through the channels in the human body to regulate the flows of energy in the meridians.

The practices are easy to learn, yet effective and beneficial for the whole life. Sifu Joe Lok teaches daily exercises to keep up the health and to maintain youthfulness. Specific breathing exercises and movements that are energetic and very rhythmic increase the flexibility of the joints, improve the immune system, reduce the possibility of strokes and heart attacks and are supportive for patients with rheumatism and nerve problems.

By practicing Qi Gong participants become more energetic and are capable of staying calm in stressful situations. Improved eyesight, memory, self-confidence and independent thinking are positive outcomes.
