Receptionist and Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, greeting clients with courtesy and client servicing
  • Handle appointment registration, inpatient arrangement and coordinate with doctors to service the clients
  • Provide general administrative and marketing support to the clinic

 

Requirements

  • A good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English in written and spoken form
  • Pleasant, patient, and caring personality
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsible and customer-oriented attitude
  • Relevant working experience is preferable but not required
  • Interest in the health care industry and Chinese Medicine
