Ingredients:
Walnuts 50g, Shrimp 50g, Japanese rice 250g, some salt
Cooking Instructions:
1. Separately wash the shrimp and the Japanese rice; soak the walnuts in water for 30 minutes
2. Put the Japanese rice in a pot; add 500 ml water and bring to boil
3. Add shrimps and walnuts
4. Use very low heat until the rice turns into congee; add some salt
